The Elisabeth Kirche designed by K. F. Schinkel. has stood testament to
over 150 years of turbulent Berlin history. The personalities and politics
intrinsic to the life of this building are the subject of this slide installation,
situated in a double helix staircase, where the viewer is led through complex
layers of projections which give voice to its many inhabitant ghosts. |
